This project consists of a three-story house located on the beach, designed especially for a couple who wanted a modern and well-structured chalet. The social area of ​​the house was carefully designed, with all integrated and spacious environments, covered in wood to bring a touch of comfort and warmth. The furniture was chosen specifically for this environment, ensuring maximum comfort for residents.

On the terrace, a more private area was created with a view of a beautiful landscape. In this space, a more intimate environment was created, ideal for relaxing moments. In addition, a meditation room and a gym were also included, meeting specific needs.

Special attention was paid to the privacy of the bedrooms, while the social area was designed to allow free interaction between residents and their guests. All environments were designed to meet the couple’s main needs and desires, creating a truly personalized home.
